- Bushfire Press musicals are protected by the Australian Copyright Act and cannot be performed in part or in whole without permission from the publisher.
- APRA and AMCOS licences DO NOT licence a school or group to either copy or perform scripts, lyrics or music from a dramatic work. Musicals are classified as Grand Works, and are not covered by APRA, AMCOS or CAL agreements.
- Royalties - see Royalty Categories
- Scripts are NOT PHOTOCOPIABLE. Band parts are sold and are photocopiable.
- Lyric sheets are photocopiable.
- Permission required for filming or video/audio taping. Please have your APPLICATION TO PERFORM acknowledged BEFORE rehearsals commence.
